Synopsis:

The Larger Earth was recently selected by the Oregon State Library and Poetry Northwest magazine as one of the top 150 books of poetry published over the 150 years of Oregon statehood in honor of the state's Sesquicentennial.

The Larger Earth is a cycle of longer poems revolving around the figure of an astronaut who has returned to earth a changed man. These Descending Notes chronicle his journey into what it means to be human in a world of technology that worships progress.
