Synopsis:

American middle-aged billionaire industrialist Alan Davis, married to a Muslim, suffers over the murder of his exec. vice pres., best friend and wifes first cousin by Islamic terrorists. Together with former deputy CIA director and former chief investigator with MI-6, he forms plan to recruit American Muslims with grievances against Islamic terrorists to assassinate assigned terrorist leaders anywhere. They train the recruited American Muslims in a covert training camp in the southwest. After three months of intensive training they are ready and become designated as Owls. It is only after a successful assassination does an owl become designated as a Hawk since he must be the first operative extracted from the place of the assassination.

Alan Davis finds that he cant ask these newly trained Owls to do anything he, himself, wouldn't do, so he decides to assassinate an important Taliban leader himself. He travels to Kandahar, Afghanistan, assassinates his target but is captured, held for ransom and tortured horribly by his captors. Now it is up to his Owls and Hawks to save him.
