Influences

• My early reading was largely science fiction and fantasy, with some classic reading and foriegn authors as well. Most of my published work is science fiction and fantasy, but I have also published literary stories, poetry, and LGBT stories. I am also very interested in writing and reading YA literature and coming of age stories and fiction.

• Martin's great big fantasy series, backissues of Asimov's Science Fiction for a workshop, a few research books, Nature magazine.
