Palo Alto author Meg Waite Clayton is the author of the national bestselling novel The Wednesday Sisters, and The Language of Light, which was a finalist for the Bellwether Prize.
What a fantastic reading, Meg. I'm so glad to know about Authors@Google and that you took part--I loved your insights and candor about going out on your own as a writer, taking classes, culling material from your journals, sharing with us when and how you wrote those 18,000 or so drafts of your first novel. But the fact that you published the first novel you wrote--that alone is inspiring. And, I plan to watch this video again when I need to be reminded. Looking forward to reading The Wednesday Sisters.
Meg! I really enjoyed watching your Google talk and can't wait to get my hands on The Wednesday Sisters. Tell Ashley that your trailer is fab and had me ready to click to Amazon before I could even finish watching this video.
