It's very dangerous to mix religion with politics because religion claims authority where it has not authority. When religion is involved in political circumstances, there are laws that it demands for the sake of the gods religious people believe in. It encourages the discrimination of women and homosexuals and its aim is to make the world right. In my opinion, religion is a personal matter and it has to stay that way. In order for us to do that, we must stand up to fundamentalists of any religion and tell them to choose between freedom and religion. If we let them get their way, our freedom will be in danger.
