This is a quick concept video/book trailer I made to give some shape and form to the idea of Roman Noir. A story is embedded in the images, as they transition from Roman Britain to the 1940s, and back again ... though it does not follow the plot line of Nox Dormienda.
And I wanted a video that could be understood in any language ... like a so-called silent film, many of which spoke volumes to an international audience in the Teens and Twenties of the 20th century.
